One vegetarian capsule provides:
Maca 4:1 extract (Lepidium meyenii) 200mg
Maca raw powder (Lepidium meyenii) 300mg
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsules
Directions:
As a food supplement, take 1 – 3 capsules daily with water before meal times, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Up to 1 – 2 grams of extract can be taken per day. (2 capsules = 1gram of powder)
Note: Maca can be taken when and if needed. It also does not have to be taken at a certain time of day.

It aids the body in reacting and recovering from physical and mental stress. Adaptogens like Maca supplements can boost stamina, vitality and immunity. Furthermore, it can alleviate depression, anxiety and fatigue.
Maca was reportedly consumed by the Inca warriors in preparation for battle. It is also known to increase male and female libido as well as fertility rate. Although unrelated to Ginseng, it is sometimes referred to as Peruvian ginseng because of its similar properties. Our Maca Extra Strength capsules contain 100% raw Maca powder plus Maca 4:1 extract to give you a potent daily dose.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
