Ingredients:
100% pure Lavender essential oil (Angustifolia lavendula).
Directions for use:
- Place in an oil warmer to scent and purify the air
- Add to unscented bath salts, shampoo or conditioner
- Add to a carrier oil to make massage or bath and body oils
- To reduce a headache add 15 drops to a diffuser or bowl of warm water
- Compress: 10 drops per 100ml of water. Soak cloth and apply for bruises & infections.

This 100% pure and unadulterated Lavender essential oil (Angustifolia lavendula) is anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial and acts as an astringent. Effective on minor skin irritations, mild acne and skin burns as its antiseptic properties help to speed the healing process.
The scent of lavender is also both relaxing and uplifting and offers relief from depression. It is often used to calm anxiety and helps in eliminating insomnia.Essential oils are highly concentrated plant essences. The ingestion of essential oils is not recommended without prior advice from your health care practitioner. Dilute in a carrier or base when necessary.
